I use The Firm and LOVE it! I like Buns, Hips and Thighs the best and get quick results from it. I have found that it is best to alternate between videos and not do the same one day in and day out. I have the fanny lifter and it really can be a butt-killer! I don't like the aerobic tapes as they go too fast and I am just not coordinated enough to keep up with them...lol. I like using hand weights and get good results from that. On some of the tapes I fast forward thru anything that is aerobic and get to the weight-lifting or floor work. When I am in the exercise mode (I am not in it yet...lol, but will be back in the routine on Monday), I alternate between The Firm tapes and treadmill...doing a tape one day and treadmill the next. When you alternate between tapes and using a treadmill your body makes use of different muscles each day, giving you a MUCH better workout.
