 heirloom shops in Phoenix area

A sewing friend of mine will be in Phoenix for a few days next week and is looking for some heirloom fabric shops - or just wonderful sewing stores in general. Any advice for her? She is hiking the Grand Canyon, bless her heart! Thanks for the help.
