I'm just thrilled again to hear of his continued progress. Let us know when you find out about the PET scan. Weather, weather, weather! It's just making a mess all over the place, sounds like your family has it all handled in one way or another though. Thanks for the update, keep em coming!

I finally got caught up again on the good news. Winter has certainly arrived. Our temp was 10 below zero yesterday morning. Thankfully not much snow. May you have a blessed Christmas. Keep us posted.

I'm thankful you were able to have that visit with your family, and that, by now, they are all safely home. May the Lord continue to bless you all. Merry Christmas!

Greg is hanging in there, but finding it difficult to find an oncologist familiar with his type of cancer who will treat him. He is back to work and seems to be doing well, but I truly pray for guidance to help get this figured out. Thanks for listening to an upset mom.

Starting tomorrow in slightly less than 24 hours, 3:25pm PST, Greg will begin a series of 25 radiation treatments for his adrenocortical cancer. They will be scheduled one per day each working day, Monday through Friday, until done. This seems like a heavy load as there will probably be more surgery to face for an incisional hernia when that is done, then possibly chemo which hasn't been scheduled yet. I'm asking for more prayers again. All of you came through last time and we are extremely grateful.

I haven't posted about Greg is some time, but wanted to bring you up to date on his condition. He seems to be doing as well as someone who has just finished a course of 25 radiation treatments. After a 2 month recovery time, he will be scheduled for hernia surgery. Then two more months and Greg will need to decide on whether or not to go ahead with chemotherapy. It sounds like there is only one drug available that will treat his type of cancer and the side effects are absolutely the worst. They have said in some of the literature that a cure s very doubtful. We are praying and hope you will join us. Thanks so much for reading all this.

Thank you so much for the update on Greg. I'm sorry he's had such a rough go of it and hope he recovers from the treatment as soon as possible. Coming to a decision on future chemo is gut-wrenching but he will make the best choice for himself and all who love him. I'm continuing in prayer for you all. I had hernia surgery a few months ago and it wasn't bad at all and went home the same afternoon of the surgery, so please don't stress about it.

Prayers continue as Greg heals from one treatment and starts the next - he is one brave young man.
