Wow! Okay, I have to ask: How did you get the bottom fabric on the inside of your neck binding while still having the top fabric on the outside??

Love the whole thing, the pattern and the fabric combination. I'll bet it looks great on too.

MoDo ... Instead of using package bias tape that the pattern called for, I cut bias strips to make single wide binding, the edges are bound on the inside front and neckline. :-)

Thank you Carol - it's 'floaty' on, I still have the tunic to make for underneath.

Lynn, this is an awesome top! I love the two fabrics you used and the drape is perfect
for this blouse...as is your perfectly perfect hem. Wow!

May I ask what pattern you used? And what is the fabric type called? I don't think I've
seen a design like this and love it.

Thank You Linda - Both fabrics are Art Gallery voile which is soft and drapey and lightweight but not overly sheer - I am in love with Art Gallery fabrics, especially their knits which are much sturdier than most of knits out there these days. I found them on Amazon, although it was last year, but there are other prints in the voile available this year. Also check Hawthorne Threads and Fabric.com. The pattern is Simplicity 8172. It was super easy to make.

Edit/add: I'm thinking that the Art Gallery rayon challis would be lovely for this pattern as well. It would wrinkle more, but it would drape very nicely.
