I've made Tomato Soup Cake all of my adult life, it's a weird ingredient but makes a delicious cake. There are lots of recipes for it but I always use Campbell's tomato soup since it's the perfect flavor for this one IMHO. Penny, we call it Ambrosia or just simply Fruit Salad in my family. I make it with all types of fruit, fresh and/or canned. The coconut depends on who likes it and who doesn't but it's usually on the table for holiday meals of all kinds.
