And others in Florence's path - it looks to be growing and including the surrounding states as well. Be safe and smart. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Watching this storm from afar - and praying everyone will be safe. Do take care!

I heard this storm has the potential of being the "storm of the century". Dear Lord have
mercy. It looks so big that I hope our rescue and relief people are sufficient to handle
any problems.

Sorry ladies for not responding sooner, it's recently turned into a crazy time. They did fine where she lives, thank God.

My daughter changed an airline ticket for a business conference she was to attend next week to a one-way ticket to her home town and is now staying with me until after her father's funeral next week. We will drive back to her home together. (Her father and I divorced years ago, though, I'm not without sadness and concern.)

One of my sisters lives near the coast of northern SC, and she evacuated to her son's, who lives near me. She will be staying for an extended visit. So ... she's fine. My other sister is in the Raleigh NC area and had no problems related to Florence.
