Ladies, I have decided to embroider some kitchen towels for Christmas gifts, but I can't remember where I got the blanks. I like the one I have, labeled DEB Essentials, but I have no idea where I got it. Does anyone here remember it or have any suggestions for good places to get blanks?

I have been using Aunt Martha towels and love them. I get them on Amazon.

I prefer the ones from Williams Sonoma. They are 100% cotton and double-faced, terry on the inside and a kind of almost huck-toweling on the outside. They launder beautifully - love them!

Was it All about blanks? They have a bunch of different towels.

I did a search for DBE and got it. Hope it helps!

Thanks ladies! first of all, I realized that I meant tea towels, not kitchen towels. Most of the kitchen towels I found were flour sack fabric. I had looked at All About Blanks and Discount embroidery blanks and wasn't sure if they had what I wanted. The ones at Discount Embroidery didn't mention that they were DBE, even though they came up in the search. The ones I ordered before were 100% cotton and some were hemstitched and cream, not white, so that definitely wasn't the same company.

HOWEVER, I did order some from Amazon that seem to be most like what I was looking for. They came today and I like them, except they only came in white. I think I have enough to start on Christmas gifts,

Thanks again for your suggestions.

I'm glad you found some that will work for you!! I would love to see them when you finish the embroidery!!

I bought some huck toweling by the yard and cut my own tea towels--then I sewed a pretty fabric border on the bottom, added a hanger on the edge, and bound them like a quilt. I embroidered a "lunch Box" recipe on some of them, too.

So pretty! Glad you found some at Amazon, it's always so satisfying to find what we need when we need it.

Ok. It worked today. I think a lot of websites are very busy this time of year.

I had a set of tea towels that looked to be cream. When I washed them in oxyclean, they came out white. it was happystance!
