I saw this pattern on the Shabby Fabrics website--but they make it with flannel. I saw a PUL 3-pack of coordinating fabric at Joann's and thought it would be nice to be waterproof. The three fabric pieces were 21" X 24"--perfect size for the pattern. I think if I make more, I will use PUL on the front and flannel on the back and not make it reversible.

Those are very sweet...I like using PUL...but here in Canada it is very expensive!

That's a bummer, Grammie. This package was $14.99, but I had a 20% off coupon.

How creative of you, Karen! Such a cute outcome, as well!

So cute, I'm a fan of Shabby Fabrics. I like their videos and have bought some of their kits when they go on sale. They also have a nice selection of free patterns, I'll have to visit their site, it's been awhile since I've been there.

Adorable bibs - and you got a great price. I have never done any sewing with PUL. No more little ones unless my grandkids get on the bandwagon and get married - only 1 married out of 6!!

Karen that is adorable! Watched the video and thought she said there was a pattern to download at the bottom. Didn't see it or just missed it. What is PUL? Thanks.

Thanks, Ladies!
PUL is Poly Urethane Laminate. There is a link for the free pdf download pattern here:

What a beautiful bib! Great job! Do you have an idea how old of a child it would fit? They say "toddler" but is that 1 yr or 6 mos or what? A great item for charity giving too.

I think it would fit 6-18 mos. I ‘ll let you know how it fits Baby Ben—he’s almost 10 mos.
